Meet the Florist…

My name is Miranda and I’m the owner and florist at Roo Floral, located in Parksville, British Columbia.

My love of flowers began when I was young, playing in my Dad’s flower garden. Then 3 years ago I discovered that love as an adult, arranging flowers for a few friends weddings.

Since then I have worked with Lantzville Flowers, helping them plant and grow flowers, as well as arrange bouquets for their flower stand. Since then I have taken more courses, and we have begun planting and growing our own flowers that we are able to tailor to your wedding. What started as a creative outlet has become an incredible and rewarding career.

As a florist I strive to create arrangements that speak to you, and bring you joy. I take the time to truly know my clients, and arrange flowers that best suit them. Planning big events is never easy, so let us turn your vision into reality without any stress.

We aim to source local flowers and greenery wherever possible. All greenery and florals are sourced from our family farm in Coombs, Lantzville Flowers, or our local wholesalers.
